The story

From the oldest parcel, bush vines planted in the 1950s on red clay over chalk. Foot-trodden, a third whole bunch, then eighteen months in barrels older than most of the people who work here. One small dose of sulphur at bottling, then wax. It will keep for a decade; it is lovely now.
