What a Saturday tasting at the estate looks like, from the first glass to the walk home.

Saturday tastings start at eleven at the long table under the pergola. Five wines, bread from the bakery in the village, olives from the neighbours and whatever cheese is good that week. Afterwards we walk the old vines together and finish in the cellar, where it is always fourteen degrees. Most people stay longer than they planned. Bring comfortable shoes.
